Sponsorship and Support Opportunities
World Trade Week NYC support is defined as the means by which the private sector as well as non-profit and public-sector organizations can contribute to the mission of World Trade Week NYC.
All sponsorship and support offers from internationally-focused organizations are welcome. The World Trade Week NYC Steering Committee will be the decision-making body in all questions regarding support offers.
In-kind contributions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the WTW Steering Committee.
I. Sponsorships
Sponsoring organizations have the greatest visibility available during World Trade Week NYC. The three levels of sponsorship outlined below are the best ways to get seen and heard during World Trade Week NYC 2006.

II. World Trade Week NYC Awards Breakfast Expo Booths
The World Trade Week NYC Awards Breakfast Expo is an opportunity for organizations to display their literature, promote their products and services and offer assistance to interested attendees, and to network more visibly with sponsors, planners, and the NYC international trade community.
Booth packages include the following:
- One conference table-sized exposition space and white table linens (each booth should be staffed a by knowledgeable representative);
- Listing in World Trade Week NYC Awards Breakfast program; and
- One complimentary ticket to the World Trade Week NYC Awards Breakfast
World Trade Week NYC Awards Breakfast Expo Booth price - $500
III. World Trade Week NYC Awards Breakfast Program Advertisements
The World Trade Week NYC Awards Breakfast Program will be an 8" x 5" booklet with a full-color cover and black-and-white internal pages. The contents will include sponsorship acknowledgements, a calendar of the entire week's events, the World Trade Week NYC Awards Breakfast schedule, speaker bios and promotional information about many international trade-related product manufacturers and service providers.
The following fees apply to the World Trade Week NYC Awards Breakfast Program promotional section:
- Full-page advertisement - $400
- Half-page advertisement - $250
- Quarter-page advertisement - $150
